主讲人简介：

Lin Meng is currently an associate professor at the college of science and engineering and the head of Intelligent High-performance computing Lab (iHPC), at Ritsumeikan University, Japan. He received his Ph.D. from the graduate school of science and engineering, Ritsumeikan University, Japan, in 2012. During his Ph.D, he received Japanese Government Scholarship (MEXT).

He was a Research Associate from 2011 to 2013, and was an Assistant Professor from 2013 to 2018 in the department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Ritsumeikan University. During 2015 to 2016, he was a visiting scholar in Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Minnesota at Twin Cities, USA.

       He has published over 180 papers including international journals, international conferences, and national conferences (Japan). He received four funding from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) in the past five years.

He was a guest editor of J. of Low Power Electronics and Applications, Sensors (MDPI), also a TPC-member of ICVR, ICGIP, ICAMechS, and the general chair of ICAMechS2019.

His research interests include computer architecture, parallel processing, image recognition with Artificial Intelligence and so on. Currently, He is a member of IEICE, IEE, IPSJ and IEEE.
